Managed Kerio Mail Server.
Managed Toshiba Stratus CTX670 phone system.
Setup and maintained TCP/IP networking infrastructure, Internet access,
Linux web server, mail server on DEC VMS platform, VMS/WASD intranet web
service on VMS
DHCP/DDNS/BIND on AIX 5.2 with secondary BIND service running on VMS. Wrote
DCL utilities to monitor/manage services on VMS.
Ported OpenVMS Fortran applications Application to MS Windows XP with
Fortran-to-C interface code.
Ported VAX/VMS Fortran applications to AIX (IBM RS/6000 Unix) with Fortran-
to-C interface code for database and screen management on Unix machine.
Ported VAX/VMS Fortran programs to DEC-ULTRIX, (UNIX implementation). Keyed
RMS file activity was replaced by compatible SQL Ingres calls and a Fortran-
to-C interface was adapted to handle inter-language calls for a proprietary
screen management package.
Migrated IBM System/38 software to IBM AS/400. Wrote generalized menu and
utility software to aid in the management of software development efforts
on an IBM System/38.
Designed and implemented application software (A/P, A/R, Payroll, G/L,
Patient Billing) for IBM system/34 and IBM system/38 computers Using
Cobol, CL, CLP, DDS.
Wrote a disk drive device driver for a PDP-8 time sharing environment.

Other projects:
Converted IBM 370/VS mainframe communications program with channel
programming (EXCP) interface to use BTAM and VTAM interfaces. The
application software originally used EXCP channel programming for 3270
terminal I/O. Replaced existing I/O modules. Supported devices such as 3270
local, 3275 BSC remote devices and IBM 6670 communicating printers via dial
up.
Performed a full OS sysgen for an IBM 370/VS mainframe.
Analysis, design of a bank electronic money transfer system for PDP-11 with
RSX.
Member of the design team for a Wholesale Demand Deposit System. Designed
used structured programming and data dictionaries.
Participated in the implementation of a major company's income tax
reporting system using structured programming (HIPO), ADABAS and PL/1 on an
IBM 370.
Designed system to monitor/manage a utility company vehicle and garage
space utilization.
Programming liaison between facility and a photocomposition service.
Responsible for maintenance of a school student registration system.
Designed, implemented various accounting systems in Fortran and PL/1 on an
IBM mainframe.
Developed Machine code for high-speed interprocessor link between
minicomputers. Bootstrap code manually toggled into one machine, then
downloaded and started the software application.
Developed software for data entry and publication of a Scholarly Journal.
Managed, designed, implemented, documented programs for the entry and
processing of data to feed a photocomposition device.
Supervised production using our programs for the publication of RILM
ABSTRACTS, the journal of the International RILM (Repertoire International
de Literature Musicale) Center and for the technical production of the
demonstration issue of RILA (Repertoire International de la Litterature de
L'ART) Group at Sterling and Francine Clark Institute Williamstown, Mass.
Developed IBM mainframe assembly language (BAL) programs including I/O
device programming at the channel programming level (EXCP).
Developed DEC PDP-8/I assembler language (MACRO-8) programs to perform data
manipulation.
Developed a cross assembler for computer machine languages and I/O device
programming.
Developed word processing software for IMLAC PDS-1 graphics minicomputer,
and communications protocol to exchange data with PDP-8/I minicomputer.
