to achieve both short and long term goals while creating a nimble and cost
efficient organizational platform.
. Ensured that financial and operational controls were put in place so
that the firm could effectively manage $100 million in assets during
the firm's first year of operations while maintaining cost efficiencies
and high investor service levels.
. Effectively managed the subscription and redemption process for the
fund in conjunction with the fund's administrator in a manner that
would allow the firm to launch multiple vehicles and lever its excess
capacity without increasing staff.
