. Successfully managed implementation of cloud based Salesforce

CRM system for cross national sales teams. Introduced concept of

rapid consensus workshops to drive requirement completion and

signoff on schedule.

. Successfully managed the upgrade of a Lyris list management

system producing impressive performance improvements by

suggesting collocation of application and internal databases and

migrating all databases and applications to a common platform -

SQL server. Campaign mailings that took 3 hrs to execute can

January 2005 - February 2009

Successfully supported mission critical efforts by contributing to

and/or leading direct line and cross matrix teams through the analysis

and testing phases of projects.

Accomplishments:

. Established effective elicitation process and requirements management

structure that

reduced requirements defects by 80% and satisfied required PMO

traceability and version control.

. Introduced concept of in-house tool to create and manage

expected results; this tool reduced the time to create expected

results from 3 months to 3 weeks.

. Managed and negotiated resource constraints while instituting a

24/7 UAT test and production support implementation team. This

Mae's deal management processes. Lead analysis and testing phases of

this mission critical project.

. Instituted and negotiated a proactive quality analysis phase by

temporarily re-locating stakeholders to a central location. This

approach enabled the successful gathering of requirements while

saving time and cutting travel costs.

. Defined and re-engineered agreement negotiation processes

between Fannie Mae and its customers into a centralized common

process. This enabled Fannie Mae to pursue a rules web based

contract system to support MBS and loan deliveries.

Asset Acquisition and Custody

June 1992 to February 2001

Represent Asset Acquisition and Custody as an expert in all aspects of

the delivery process. Accomplishments include reengineering MBS

securitization and cash delivery processes and systems that enabled

Fannie Mae to acquire these assets more efficiently and ensure

customers received funds quickly. Introduced process and system
