Project To reduce the average throughput time of the process from 4 to 3 weeks

the same.

Collected data to find and identify parameters like cycle time, error

rate value added and non value added process.

Contribution Developed a working model using a 4 cylinder engine, a turbo charger

and a heat exchanger.

Manufactured a shell and tube type heat exchanger with a temperature

gradient of 30 - 40 deg C.

Simulated the performance of the proposed setup using Pro Design II and
