My professional career reflects 25 years of Finance, Strategic Analysis,

Operations, Mergers and Acquisitions, Accounting and Cost Reduction in a

variety of product and service related environments, conducting business in

domestic and international markets. Leadership has been critical to start

up, turn around, and enhancement of existing operations.

Responsibilities touched every operating department within the

organization, including, but not limited to: long range planning,

forecasting/reporting/monitoring, developing cost standards and procedures,

contract negotiations, monthly/quarterly/annual reports, cash management,

payroll, asset and taxation issues, cost containment, pro-forma review for

business acquisition, and profitability assessment. Scope of

responsibilities extended to financial supervision of multi-site operations

for four diverse industry leading organizations, with business units

consisting of up to 400 staff and annual revenues in excess of $400M.

Credentials and Objective:

Awarded a Master of Business Administration from the University of

Rochester, with a triple concentration in Corporate Finance, Operations

Management, and Accounting. Graduate studies are supported by a Bachelor

of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of

Florida. Academic and professional credentials have been enhanced with

additional training in management, operations, supply chain management,

legal compliance, human relations, inventory processes, joint venture

planning, cost consulting, tax administration, mergers and acquisitions and

numerous practical computer based business applications.

. Held overall P&L responsibility for validating financial stability and

product credibility for diverse industry leaders, including Walmart,

Kmart, Target, Hayes Lemmerz, Ford, Lowes, and Kroger

. Provided front end analysis and implementation support for joint venture

that increased annual sale $20M and enhanced profitability by $350K per

year

. Reorganized the workflow processes to move product more efficiently and

increase annual sales by $5M

. Led the efforts to revamp purchasing process that increased products

. Established key strategies with vendors to streamline purchasing by 40%
