Responsibilities: Answering and directing all calls to the appropriate

responsible for all calendar entry which consists of scheduling
appointments, interviews, meetings, booking conference rooms, and employee
attendance. Other duties include: stocking and keeping inventory of the
V.P.'s personal beverage refrigerators, updating the daily safety numbers,
providing necessary paperwork for will-call pick ups, helping other
departments with scanning, sales order entry, filing, labeling, and
printing of documents.
