• Established Human Resources Department from ground up for $600,000,000 General Contractor operating in

multiple states. Created policies and procedures for an efficient and effective department.

• Hire and manage Human Resources staff. Develop role for recruiter and benefits administrator and recruit,

screen, hire and manage those positions.
