Marketing: Market and sell career opportunities to healthcare executives. Pre-qualify candidates based

on education, credentials, and prior experience. Assist with the coordinating of the interview process. This

consists of many hours of pre-screening before ever being presented to a client. Complete operations and

marketing campaigns to all clients. Manage a number of clients and searches at the same time, for

hospitals that pay for recruiting services. Consult at the C-level, hospital needs and contract negotiations.

Consult with clients to provide the appropriate staffing solutions. Conduct a complete needs analysis for

process: setting up phone screens, assisting in arrangements for onsite visits, constantly closing the
