scenario flow charts were developed to track 24 different scenarios involving the deployment of 20,000 new

desktop computers into the Eastman Kodak work environment.

This position required me to meet with engineers in groups, and individual teams. I would discuss how the

scenarios they developed related to how Kodak performed tasks in different business units. I was then required to

put these scenarios into flow chart form from meeting notes and discussions to be used at the new Kodak Help

Desk
