Senior Transportation and Logistics Analyst/Senior Policy Analyst 2002-
Present: Provides transportation and logistical management, operational
support, subject matter expertise and policy guidance to the Defense Threat
Reduction (DTRA) in meeting core mission support to the National Military
Strategy to Combat Weapons of Mass Destruction (NMS-CWMD).
. Senior Transportation Analyst and senior mobility advisor to the Director
of DTRA Combat Support, Consequence Management Division and the DTRA
Deployment Readiness Cell (DRC).
. Serves as the expert technical advisor responsible for implementing
transportation policies, systems and programs concerning commercial
transportation, traffic management, logistics, movement control, and
supply movement.

integration (RSO&I) of deploying forces/teams.
. Coordinates and synchronizes unit arrival at the Tactical Assembly Area
of the gaining command, and the integration into its command and control
structure.

transportation, supply, billeting, and facilities support for agency

sustainment and operational functions through supervision and mentoring

. Reviews and updates logistics, policy and procedures, contingency plans,

Secretary of Defense (OSD) Nuclear Matters; The Joint Staff, Geographic
Combatant Commands, Military Services and the Service components of
Geographic Combatant Commands.
. Provides program management for policy planning, coordination, liaison,
and operational support; including training and exercise evaluation
support to designated National Level, OSD, DOD, Combatant Commands, and
other Federal Continuity of Operations (COOP) and continuity of
government (COG) exercise programs.

Senior Transportation and Logistics Management Specialist/Strategic
Planner: Plans, directs and executes multiple marine cargo operations to
include vessel loading and offloading, port staging, railhead operations
and line haul requirements for support of JCS exercises, contingencies and
operations for military cargo deploying/redeploying through worldwide
military and commercial ports. Supervises and leads terminal port
operations, stevedore gang supervision, hazardous/ammunition cargo
operations, directs a documentation team in automated data processing
utilizing worldwide port system (WPS), Transportation Coordinators
Automated Information Management System (TC-AIMS), and logistics
application of automated marking and reading symbology (LOGMARS).
Coordinate with unit movement representatives for unit deployment lists in
preparation of documentation activities for the deployment and redeployment
of military units.
. Supervised Water Terminal Operations to ensure stevedore personnel
performed all vessel operations in compliance with approved pre-stowage
plans, maritime practices, Codes of Federal Regulation 49, International
Maritime Dangerous Goods Code, U.S. Coast Guard Regulations, and local
Port Regulations and Laws, as applicable. Reviews pre-stowage plans,
determines heavy lift, specialized equipment, and stevedore gang
requirements.
. Oversees loading, stowage, and discharge operations to ensure conformity
to preliminary plans, authorizes necessary changes and prepares final
plans as necessary.
. Extensive knowledge of all types/classes of commercial and Military
Sealift Command (MSC) cargo vessels in breakbulk, container, and roll on-
roll off (RORO) configurations.

requirements using JOPES and throughput capabilities using Joint Flow
Analysis System for Transportation.

Commercial off the Shelf (COTS) products for transportation and
