Areawide SR 46 and SR 500 (US 441) Resurfacing, Lake County. Construct
Turn Lanes and Install Traffic Signal, Resurface Roadway in Widening Areas.
Duties include all phases of inspection for embankment, subgrade, and base
construction, drainage, maintenance of traffic inspection, asphalt paving,
striping, traffic signal installation, roadway construction and testing.
Also with this, I worked with EEO compliance requirements, composed letters
to construction contractor explaining deficiencies found and corrections

02/2007 - 06/2007, DRMP Engineering - Inspector for FDOT District One
Regent C Guardrail System I-75, Sarasota. Work consisted of testing Class
I Special Concrete, drainage construction, resurfacing, striping, and
signalization. Responsibilities include monitoring and documenting
contractors operations. Conducting field tests to assure compliance with
plans, specs and related contract documents. I Recorded pay quantity
measurements, daily activities and compiled information for man-hour report
monthly and accident reports as they occur. Participated and took notes at

05/2006 - 02/2007, Inspector for FTS Engineering (with Aerotec Engineering
- on assignment/contract) District Seven Tampa Lynx Freeway Project, Tampa
Bay. Maintain orderly working files for correspondence, minutes of meetings
and conferences, submittal data, submittal registers, Inspection and
monthly progress reports, contract construction compliance notices, punch
lists and contract documents including amendments, notices to proceed,
change orders and modifications. This project was over $200 million with
responsibilities to include supervising quality control construction
activities. Assured project was constructed in accordance with plans and
specifications. Additionally performed project site meetings, and
responsible for supervision of inspection staff and sub consultant members.

11/2005 - 05/2006, Construction Supervisor, City of New Port Richey, Public
Works.
Responsibilities included planning; supervising, and administering
activities on behalf of the Public Works Construction Division. Reviewed
engineering as-built plans and assured compliance with contract documents,
and specifications. Followed fiscal procedures to ensure pay requests were
submitted in a timely manner. Other duties included review and evaluate the
work of contractors as to status and development of current assigned
projects. Monitor timeliness of construction contractor and designer
response to letters, transmittals and other inquiries. Identify tardiness
and corrective action. Compile and prepare payment estimates for payment to
construction contractors from information on inspectors work progress
reports and estimate submitted by construction contractors. In addition
final inspection of concrete, pipe placement, asphalt, water and sewer
(with taking pictures of those projects and importing into the GIS system
