Ameriprise Web Utilities Rehost Program involved re engineering and rehosting of Ameriprise client and advisor
facing core web applications from third party hosted infrastructure to Ameriprise infrastructure.
Advisor Social Media Pilot Program
A proof of concept that would allow 100 200 advisors to utilize Facebook and LinkedIn to support their practice.
Using a service offering from Socialware, an ASP, the Advisors selected for the pilot will be able to post and
respond to posts on Facebook and LinkedIn. Advisors will use Facebook and LinkedIn to interact with consumers
and CSU will monitor communications for items that would fall under coverage for FINRA regulations.
EasyOffice 2.0/Evergreen Program
The purpose of EasyOffice 2.0/Evergreen program was to further enhance the P1/P2 Advisor experience with
regard to the acquisition and life cycle management of Advisor workstations in the field.

The EPDS centers on the heart of WellPoint’s business model of creating, tracking, marketing, and managing
flexible, quality provider networks to support all lines of business, products and services. The intent of the project
is to not only support existing business, but to also provide a flexible, configurable solution to enable future
business initiatives and growth. Aligned with the 2010 strategy, the development of EPDS is the consolidation of
enterprise provider databases into a central repository.

reported data for different health trackers codes. System was also enhanced for data access control for physician,
and family members.

This project involved integration multiple products from third party vendor into Gateline Optimization Process
(GOP) and Order Based Forecasting (OBF) systems. The purpose of Gateline Scheduling System is to optimally
select and sequence a certain number of orders from firm order pool to be built at a car or truck assembly plant.
The generated sequence will meet all the mandatory sequencing conditions for the assembly line at the plant and
as many of the desirable ones as possible.
