one of the largest Savings Banks (FSB) in the Southeast.

Managed all projects and over 100 staff in the following bank operations area: Data Processing,

Applications/System Programming, IP/Items Processing and Capture, Proof & Transit,

DDA/Savings/CD, Research, ACH, ATM, On-line Network, Voice and Data Communications, Physical

and Data Security including security investigations, Help Desk, Training, and managing/supporting all

bank transaction equipment including teller platform equipment and ATMs.

Introduced new equipment, developed operational strategies, employee job descriptions and growth

maps and trained the staff on all new products and policies.

Managed many mission critical bank operations programs and projects by working collaboratively with

project team members, software application programmers/developers, and other related parties
