Training Specialist under contract to Sandia National Laboratories
Provided training relative to Radiation Protection and Industrial
Hygiene to employees and contractors at Sandia National Laboratories

Established initial business plan and coordinated the startup of a
retail computer services company in Rainer, Oregon. Within two years
this profitable company had annual sales of over one million dollars.

Central Processing Supervisor for the Palo Verde Nuclear Generating
Station
Coordinated construction and implementation of a facility to
efficiently process new employees through training and other
activities. I received a bonus for saving the company 1.1 million
dollars per year by initiating and implementing the project.
Radiological Training Supervisor
Performed first line supervisory duties associated with the following
training programs; General Employee, Respiratory Protection, ALARA,
Technical Staff, S/G Mock Up, Chemical Safety/Hazardous Materials, and
Radiation Protection Technicians. I initiated the establishment of a
Computer Based Training Facility to enhance several of the above
mentioned programs.
