Coordinate & Manage service department. Oversee the preventative maintenance of over 800 machines. Managing
service issues between Service manager, technicians and route drivers.

Supervise and schedule a team of drivers: prepare and review labor and overtime reports: periodically test routes
and conduct ride a longs in order to formulate or revise routing to maximize efficiency.
Significantly decreased overtime and increased daily deliveries 25% without adding new drivers in 2001; as
Transportation Supervisor in 2003, cut overtime in half despite surge in business that resulted in an additional 250
weekly deliveries
Enforce driver safety and D.O.T. regulations/procedures; track and schedule truck maintenance/repair
services: ensure freight is loaded onto trucks in ways that avoid damage due to road bumps and turns.
