The HCL - BEA Support Tree project provides support for BEA's customers.
The technical support is provided through the DRE's trained on Weblogic
Server.This has a primary focus on assisting the customers to resolve the
issues faced with Weblogic and also to gain their confidence levels. There
would also be a survey(on a scale of 1 to 5, 5 being the highest) where the
customers would rate the support provided by the DRE. The following were

o Reviewing their code and helping customers to find the root cause of
the particular issue they face and claim is with Weblogic Server
o Reading Source code (Weblogic) and isolating the Weblogic issues

replicating the issues.
o Helping the customers to correct the Weblogic settings such that it
does fall into a recommended category
o Raising up CR if the problem is identified is from the Weblogic's
