Inventoried PO’s to Original PO. Match All Invoices to

PO’s and enter in system. Write AP checks, match to

invoices and give to person who made original purchase for

review and then give to Mr. Cooper for authorization and

signature before mailing. Check and distribute all mail to

appropriate parties, as well as ensure that the postage meter

is kept with plenty of funds and supplies. Order Janitorial,

Office, Manufacturing and Shipping supplies as needed.

Fill in as receptionist when needed.

Write Rebate checks either every month or quarter,

depending on which product is on rebate how the contract

reads. Review expense vouchers sent in by sales reps and

authorize for payment. Write any/all checks to customers as

requested by Sales Dept.

Review, pay, and code to GL account all credit card

statements and insurance bills.
