10,800 sq. ft. Remodel of existing bldg. Provided temporary supervision until full time superintendent
could be hired. Supplied names of qualified subs, reworked elevations at front canopy to clarify prints,
met with engineer to modify drawings so major rework would not be needed and generated RFI’s to
architect to address issues for ADA compliance. Worked with new superintendent to help him over see
job..

Supervised the installation of pre-fabricate truss systems, with pre-installed AC, telephone, coax and data.
Brought in new telephone and electrical services. Set pre-fab service building, new concrete bollards and
re-striped.
Project: Office Depot T. I. – Rhonert Park, CA
Supervised installation of drywall, floor coverings, paint, electrical, security, gates and store front. Worked
as liaison between city and shell contractor to obtain C.O. Received and inspected owner furnished
material. Kept watch on owner furnished subs to coordinate their work and contractor subs.
