Re-engineered order processing, shortened processing time and cut costs

20%. UPM employees used different procedures to process customer orders.

Reviewed methods in use from order taking, to warehousing, shipping, and

Streamlined data transfer process to QuickBooks, cutting 20% administrative

costs. At Melton, created standardized, step-by-step procedures, reducing
