I am an up and coming Graphic Designer/3D Animator experienced in local and studio
work. I received my BFA from The School of the Art Institute of Chicago majoring in
Graphic Design and Animation. Currently I am based in Chicago, but I am willing and able
to relocate for a position. I am technically skilled and have strong organizational skills,
communication, and great work ethic. I have experience in several group oriented projects
and have had several positions that require working with a broad spectrum of individuals.

Freelance 3D Special Effects Animator, Atomic Puppy Studios, Chicago IL -
August 2010 - Present
• Responsibilities- 3D Modeling and Animating for the Independent Film,
“Melody”, creating life like models of moths for several scenes, rendering scenes
using an alpha channel for specific scenes, and creating lighting the compliments the
filmed scenes for the animated models to look more realistic in.
• Results- So far all of the work being done for this project from my standpoint is
nearing completion. I have created the models, textured them, and am in the process
of setting up lighting and test rendering scenes. In the near future I will be able to
start working on the actual filmed scenes and working with the special effects team
in post production
Freelance Graphic Designer/Sound Editor, Chris Emmons Films, Chicago IL -
June 2010 - August 2010
• Responsibilities- Design of character and movie posters for the Independent Film,
“Shine Baby Shine”, digital editing and clean up of photographs used in each poster,
editing of sound for the Independent Film, digital editing and clean up of sound used
in the film
Results- Both the Graphic Design and Sound Editing were completed on time as

per the schedule of the release of the movie. Several people who worked on the film
were very pleased with my Sound Editing as well as Poster Designs. As of the result
of my work in this movie I was sought out to do work as a 3D Special Effects
animator. This was through a recommendation from the director of this film project
due to his satisfaction with the results of the job.

Responsibilities- Assist students in the Crit Department computer lab with

Photoshop, Illustration, InDesign, slide scanners, and advanced output printing,

• Responsibilities- Designing advertising posters and cards for gallery shows each
month, installation and clean up for artwork presented in shows, presenting and
selling artwork during openings for various shows.

up an art gallery for openings as well as collaborating with artists concerning design
