Worked as Travel Agent in a call center for 6 years selling airline tickets, rental cars, hotel
rooms, travel insurance, advanced to senior agent within two years of becoming a travel agent. I
was rated number one in sales of travel insurance during my second year with the company.
Used multi phone line, specialized computer programs, researched internet sites for customers.

Worked several volunteer positions, 1) Planned and executed a five minutes television
commercial for Coors Beer as advertising director for Idaho Barrel Racing Futurity at no cost to
Coors. Results: As a result Coors increased their donation to the Idaho Barrel Racing Futurity
from $1500 to $3500 the next year. 2) Planned, organized, and oversaw a Dog Walk in Mountain
Home Idaho to raise money and awareness for the city animal shelter. I obtained a national
sponsor of Nutro Dog Food, invited vendors of dog related products to attend, arranged police
escort of walk, arranged advertising for public awareness. Results: I was contacted by the city of
Mountain Home to take over the animal shelter Through community awareness obtained new
city dog pound management and facilities.

Reorganized City of Mountain Home, Idaho, animal shelter management. Set up eight member
volunteer board of directors, set by-laws, rules and regulations. Worked with local veterinarians
for animal health and welfare. Obtained community involvement through different levels of
board. Managed kennel personnel. Obtained 501c3 status as non-profit. Applied for and

received grants. Wrote news releases for community awareness. Results: Better organization
for city animal shelter, good financial records, more humane treatment and better placement of
animals, better community involvement.
General Interest Health and Fitness
Worked out with weights and exercise equipment to achieve fitness to the level of body building
for competitive performance level. Also, maintained a diet to loose ten pounds a month for ten
months for a total of one hundred pounds of weight loss. Used healthy diet and exercise to
achieve this goal.

help such as schedule change, new program,scripts for car sales, and have outstanding record for
attendance. Also volunteer frequently for overtime and fun raising projects for charity events.

Conducted cooking demonstrations at homes shows, RV rallies, etc. Promoted healthy cooking,

sales in existing markets my second year with the company. Took customer orders and followed
up with customers after the sale.
LaSal Kennels and Stables June 1993 to Sept 2000
Owned and operated my own business boarding dogs, cats, and horses. I managed the operation
in charge of hiring and firing help, grooming dogs, giving riding lessons, cleaning and feeding
animals, keeping all books, advertising and sales. I designed and built or oversaw the building of
the kennels myself.
Interest
Rodeoed for over 30 years in Barrel Racing, won the Idaho Barrel Racing Futurity twice. Well
known as a good horse hand in the Northwest. Shown in AKC Dog Shows in Conformation,
Agility and Obedience. Have 3 AKC Champion bitches with one home bred Champion Bitch,
and two other dogs near finishing their AKC Champion titles in Conformation. I have also
trained and shown 2 AKC Champions in Obedience.
