Established highly effective European PMO. HCL Infrastructure had rapid
growth in Europe, but had no local Program Management Office to manage
multi-country projects. Built PMO, aligning with business/delivery goals.
Delivered projects on-time/on-budget with high quality. Gained five large
customers in 18 months from referrals.
Spearheaded global infrastructure outsourcing project across 42 countries
in nine months. Privately held pharma company wanted smooth centralization
program in limited time/budget. Implemented accelerated program in six
waves, bringing savings to larger regions earlier. Brought recognition to
HCL outsourcing for rapid delivery.
Built European presence, generating 45% growth YOY. Selected to open
European market based on experience in sales, delivery and program
