Manage all aspects of running a construction jobsite office trailer

including, but not limited to:

. Sign up and verify employment eligibility for new hourly jobsite

employees.

. Verify and enter hourly payroll for jobsite employees via AS400

Construction Management System to corporate office.

. Process and enter accounts payable, owner billings, subcontractors

and suppliers monthly payables.

. Maintain jobsite checking account, as well as, petty cash.

. Ensure that each subcontractor's insurance is current and meets

requirements of subcontract agreement.

. Provide administrative support to Project Manager, Project

Superintendent, Project Engineer and other jobsite personnel.

. Compile and maintain workers' compensation claims.

Payroll Accountant (November 1994 - June

1997)

Process payroll for 111 salaried employees and 175 hourly employees, which

includes:

. funding of same.

. Printing and distribution of paychecks.

. Wire direct deposit payroll funds to bank.

. Ensure that any court ordered garnishments are entered into employee

master file.

. Provide orientation and sign up of new salaried employees.

. Company insurance enrollment.

. Explanation of benefits.

. Review of direct deposit requirements and related procedures.

. Process necessary paperwork for salaried employee terminations.

. Process computer generated Equal Employment Opportunity reports.

. Verify authorization of employee changes including transfers, salary

adjustments and promotions.

. Update personnel files regularly including records of salary

adjustments.

. Respond to verifications of employment for all employees.

. Track vacation and sick day usage for salaried employees,

. Process Federal, state and local tax deposits.

. Generate internal project labor cost reports for operating jobsites.

. Process 401(k) and Profit Sharing withholding and remit payment to

corporate office.

. Process profit sharing loans and remit loan payments to corporate

office.

. Process monthly reports for carpenters, laborers and finishers unions.

. Generate monthly detailed salary review schedule for executive team.

. Calculate health premium and remit same to corporate office.

. Track and process per diems, auto allowances and rental payments.

. Prepare all quarter end and year end reports, including Workers

Compensation, SUTA, state income tax, local income tax, Federal 941

and FUTA 940.
