I have worked in retail for eleven years at the Valley Tennis Shop. I
believe in top notch customer service. The customer should always be
treated with the utmost respect & attention. I would special order items
not normally stocked in the tennis shop for my customers. I willingly
stayed late many times, especially during the holidays, so that parents
could pick up racquets & accessories they purchased for their kids, going
as far as putting them in a different box so they would be surprised I even
delivered racquets to people on my way home from work.

non members, with an enthusiastic hello, smile or how are you today? I was
told often how much I was liked especially because I was positive, happy
and welcoming. I made the Club their "home" away from home.
. Assisted GM in facilitating daily operations of the Club, Manager on
Duty when GM not present

. Created the one and only "Banquet Menu Brochure"
