SUMMARY
An accomplished financial professional with a comprehensive background in
financial planning and analysis, financial management and consulting,
business metrics, systems, and reporting.
I bring the following attributes to each business venture:
> A track record of establishing trusted business partnerships.
> A commitment to invest the time necessary to understand the business,
its key drivers, leading indicators, and the measures of success.
> A passion to improve the tools and products provided by the finance
team.
> An affinity for IT projects and process improvement work, both as a
leader and a key contributor.
> The expectation to create a hands-on informal team setting rather than
a structured hierarchy of walls and silos.
> I "lead by example" to drive the team to make improvements in their
relationships with business partners, products and work environment.
I am in search of an opportunity to strengthen the financial team of an
enterprise. In addition, I am looking for the firm that strives for its
financial team to be engaged in the future success of the business and not
simply the record keepers of past performance.
