Accomplishments/More About Me

I have used various other applications throughout the years, of which

are too many to name. I am pretty techy without degree or

certification as I am a problem solver, perfectionist and very detail

oriented.

In each of my capacities, from CSR to Supervisor to Help Desk to

Trainer, I have been strongly utilized by each employer, to not only

train new employees, existing employees and management, but to create

the very processes that were much lacking within the departments at

the time of my employment.

Before my position was technical, many co-workers depended on me to

assist with their system or application roadblocks before attempting

to contact IT or helpdesk. Most of the time I was more than able to

remedy the need at hand. I also demonstrated the "how to" for future

reference. I love to share my knowledge with others so this came

natural to me. So Help Desk and Trainer were the evolution my career

path eventually took.

I would like to add that until the past few years, I have never

applied for any job. I was always contacted by someone who heard

about me or remembered me and offered me employment. While even

within a company, I was promoted usually at the suggestion of higher

management. Although not personally very assertive I welcomed the

opportunities when they arose.

I am loyal and have always left at least a 2-week notice (or more). I

am a thorough worker who needs to understand my task in great depth

and that is what gives me the enjoyment and the confidence that I also

seek from daily work that I do.
