SELECTED PROJECTS / ACHIEVEMENTS:
. Managed a 5,000sf metal building warehouse addition to the Facilities
Building; a 4,000sf Planetarium renovation project; HVAC upgrades to
several buildings on campus; IT building interior renovations; for
Ocean County College in Toms River, NJ.
. Managed an interior lighting retrofit and a BMS upgrade at a 400,000sf
parts distribution center for Mercedes-Benz. Managed a cosmetic
retrofit for administrative offices for the University of
Pennsylvania. Recently completed multiple 5,000 s.f. interior fit-out
and stand-alone buildings for Citigroup. The bank projects were all
completed under budget and on time in a 12-14 week turnaround. I also
managed a 20,000 s.f interior office renovation for Towers Perrin in
Parsippany, NJ and a 40,000 s.f. interior office demolition project on
two floors in Somerset, NJ.
. Managed the renovation and new construction for various projects at
UMDNJ:
Responsible for the coordination of project design through
occupancy; Accountable
for technical, administrative, financial and contractual activities.;
Ensure building to specifications and quality standards; Assembling
project team; Establishing and maintaining a project plan and
schedule of activities; Insured adequate testing and inspections; Led
