Production Supervisor
. Supervise daily operations of various unit processes like
extraction, distillation, blending, drying, packaging and
labeling, etc.
. Supervise and monitor the production activities with respect to
product quality and quantity, to make sure of compliance of GMP
and FDA regulations and other state and federal health, safety

Supervise daily operations of various unit processes like
filtration, vacuum and atmospheric distillation, recrystallization,
centrifugation, blending, milling, packaging, proper labeling, etc.

Prepare SOPs, to maintain the batch records and to review them, to
record the deviation, to take corrective action. Prepare cost-sheet
for accounting. Maintain the inventory or raw materials, in process
materials and final products.

Coordinate with Quality Control Dept., warehouse, R & D. To attend
shipping scheduling meetings and to prepare for shipment.

Coordinate with Maintenance dept. regarding need for equipments,
repairs or modifications for safe and efficient operation.

Interview and select the plant operators, to handle the grievance
by union, to take disciplinary actions.
.
To record wastewater flow and analysis. To prepare and fill out
regulatory forms to submit to POTW, NJDEP, EPA and local
authorities.

Take care of solid and liquid waste for disposal.
