migration from two existing facilities to new, 600,000 sq. ft fulfillment
center (Green Site). Highly automated pick/pack/ship order fulfillment
capabilities to support average daily volume of 28,000 orders, 44,000
cartons, 1.6 million pieces. Focused on implementation and user support
for installation of the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
. Developed WMS functional test scripts, executed pre-start-up testing,
coordinated required corrections with software engineers. On-time, or
ahead of schedule, completion rate at 100% .
. Developed and conducted WMS user training classes and one-on-one
"live" training for all functional applications (120 new users).

. Conducted extensive training on WMS to JDE Enterprise One interfaces
for key inventory control personnel (5), indentified and resolved
numerous interface issues. Achieved 99% interface accuracy.
. Provided hands-on support and troubleshooting for all system users in
