addition to staff growth and development. P&L responsibility for this practice which grew to over $10M
within 2 years.

the finance operations and a staffing reduction of 25% or 15 employees.

Reduced monthly accounting closing cycle through increased efficiencies, value-add analysis and the
realignment of responsibilities and duties. Closing cycle was reduced by 50% from 10 to 5 days.
Was given the added responsibility of Human Resources when incumbent left the company. This was while
still maintaining the Program Management role.
Managed the termination plan for the entire facility which included the development of severance packages,
skill retention plans, outplacement programs and exit interviews for 400 people.
