Trade Show Manager for Magellan Systems Corp. a manufacturer of GPS (global

positioning systems) receivers to consumers. These products were used in

six vertical markets to include: marine, outdoor, aviation (consumer and

commercial), consumer electronics, vehicle navigation and professional

survey.

Scope of responsibility: Managed all tradeshow activities for 100

tradeshows annually. Managed a 20 x 60 custom booth owned by Magellan.

Managed all graphics, product displays, collateral coordination, logistics

and installation/dismantle of large booth and small pop-up booths to shows.

Specific duties: Responsible for tracking and creating the yearly tradeshow

budget. Managed logistics and traveled to the show sites to supervise

install and dismantle and provided additional booth staffing support.

Large shows attended: Consumer Electronics, Paris Air Show, Supercomm,

Oshkosh fly-in, Outdoor Retailer, S.H.O.T. Show, IMTEC, Miami Boat Show,

S.E.M.A. as well as many other shows. Coordinated all marketing and sales

Specific duties:

1 Military Marketing Coordinator

Responsible for all tradeshows, attended military shows such as Paris

Airshow, Marine Corps show, AUSA, Spec OPS shows, National Guard and Marine

Corp West. Assisted with the creation of marketing plans; forecasting;

budget-tracking responsibility; responded to government RFP's; created

initial Magellan GSA contract. Responsible for coordinating product

development and new product rollouts. Responsible for ad placements,

International Distributor coordination, sales coordination, product

training and tech support.

2 Consumer Marketing Coordinator

. Coordinated creation of new ads, developed sales binders for sales

support, supported over 1,000 dealers, 100 reps and 40 international

distributors. Coordinated creation of all collateral: Press kits,

brochures, press releases, ad reprints etc. Coordinated design of new
