Promoted to Paralegal in May 2008 providing support to three company
negotiators. Primary responsibilities include research, preparation, and
language review of department documentation before sending to clients,
maintains several databases, and participates in training new paralegals.

Hired as a File Clerk for a large law firm in 2000 to organize and manage
client case files. Received training in legal research and was promoted to
Paralegal in 2002 to support four attorneys including two partners. Duties
included research, analysis and compilation of documents. Assisted in the
training, coaching, and development of new case assistants. Compose charts
and binders such as document production charts, expert and case charts.
Created witness files in preparation of depositions. Participated in
witness interviews at offsite facilities. Assist in all areas of trial
preparation. Schedule depositions, pre-depositions, and conference calls
for attorneys and experts, and maintain attorney calendars.

written correspondence. Administrative duties included filing, faxing, data
entry, and payroll. Trained and supervised dental interns. Responsible for
stocking medical and office supplies and the sterilization of dental
instruments. Additional duties were to maintain a clean office environment
and to open and close office when needed.
