stations, and stations to position and load planetary

bearings into steering gear housings.

. Utilized CADRA 2D and AutoCAD to finalize conceptual drawings

using standard parts. Created detail drawings and bill of

materials using tolerance stack ups, geometric dimensioning

and tolerancing for automobile industry customers.

. Designed fixtures for a panel alignment system, cylinder

clamping fixture stands, sheet metal guarding,

and a pallet conveyor to hold and transfer fuel injector

components through assembly.

. Detailed a 24-station indexing dial for a PUR water

purification filtering system. Seventeen

stations were automated in the assembly of this unit. The

. Chrysler project that involved designing and detailing a

stand for loading and unloading engine block line. Updated

block line illustration sheets, layouts, bill of materials,

and revised drawings.

brackets, and support stands to align with robotic spot

. Designed and detailed machine base assembly of an Electro

Motive truck frame that runs on a rail system. The base

involved securing the frame with hydraulic lifts and clamping

brackets. This setup was used for milling both sides of the

mounting surfaces. The Acme Company was pleased with the

design and concept of this project.

. Designed a concept for a cover mechanism for a pressure

fryer. This design was to improve fixture alignment problems

and become more cost effective. The intent of the design was

to eliminates the excess of scrap material and simplify the
