A 250 employee full service information technology service provider. The

Corporation maintains a data center, manages a private voice and data

network and supports various applications serving over 11,000 users.

CORPORATE COUNSEL

Design, develop, and manage an effective legal department and successfully

handle a broad range of legal matters. Counsel and educate senior-level

executives and perform comprehensive research and analysis of complex legal

issues. Utilize results to evaluate and negotiate multi-million dollar

contracts involving telecommunications, software licensing, and consulting

services agreements with vendors such as AT&T, Microsoft, IBM, Cisco, HP,

and SAP.
