territory. The company designs and engineers custom industrial control

systems and distributes a complete line of industrial controls (Ex.

Contactors, PLC's, Touch Screen displays).

. Created and set-up Government Sales division and was promoted to

Government Business Manager in only 3 months.

Avtron Loadbank, Inc., Cleveland, Ohio

1998 to 2010

Regional Sales Manager (2007-2010): Additional responsibilities included

major account planning, territory sales forecasting and identification of

new potential markets.

. Promoted use of customer financing within my department as a tool to

close more sales.

Sales Engineer (1998-2007): Helped our team set several company sales

records while selling a complete line of custom and standard industrial

load banks for testing generators and other electrical power generation

systems. Worked closely with the Division Vice President to revise the

marketing plan for a complementary line of Neutral Grounding Resistor

products. Responsible for all business in the Southeastern Territory with

Major Diesel Dealers (such as CAT & Cummins), OEM's (such as Eaton Corp.),

Contractors, Rental Firms, End Users, and Military/Government (NASA Kennedy

Space Center).

. Territory sales rose almost 900% to about $2.4 million annually.

. Closed one of the largest Neutral Grounding Resistor Orders in company

history!

. First in company to be rewarded with National Account responsibility

for establishing Avtron as the exclusive preferred loadbank vendor for

Sunbelt Rentals Co.

1990 to 1998

Manufacturer's Sales Representative: Won several manufacturer awards while

selling major lines of electric motors (AC / DC), gear reducers, and

electrical controls to both distributors and OEM's (like Parker Hannifin

Corp.) in a multi-state area. Raised sales to $1.7 Million from $150,000

in only 5 years.

Graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree from Cleveland

State University. Majored in Marketing. Worked to pay 95% of my own
