This project involves, On boarding of Supply Chain vendors to the HP's SAP

platform. Project activities include a full-life cycle implementation of

PROJECT I: ESS-EMR PRMO (Marlin):

ESS (Enterprise Storage & Servers) Marlin has a tax advantage arrangement

and is critical to maintaining and protecting the substantial tax savings

annually. In support of this pursuit ESS / EMR is migrated the current

remanufacturing process to the new location. Deployment of this operation

will occur by extending SAP infrastructure to PRMO in the form of a unique

plant with shipping points and establishing the standard IC financial

transactions between current process and the new plant.

Roles & Responsibilities:

. Involved with the manufacturing team to understand the new products

and their documentation strategy (manuals).

. Involved in assigning Product/Part numbers and registering the same in

the Master data through PSR (Product Sales Readiness).

. Responsible for creation of Dependency Rules for the newly configured

parts.

material master views of sales, purchasing, MRP and storage location

utilizes a Tax Advantaged Manufacturing (TAM) model by using a financial

intermediary for HP products manufactured by the contract manufacturers,

bound for the US. Under this model, profits on products manufactured by

contract manufacturers bound for the US are reduced, thereby resulting in

cost saving.

scrapped parts by leveraging all such scrap parts to and as a refurbished

server unit.

does the actual manufacturing. This process of OEM direct shipment involves

creation and managing of all such parts in SAP followed by extending all

the structured parts to the designated manufacturing lines.
