Contracted October 2008 via Sapphire Technologies. Became permanent
CompuCom employee April 2009. Sole onsite technician supporting
technology in 300,000 square foot distribution center. Job scope
included maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing various desktop
and laptop systems, plus peripherals (i.e., Zebra barcode and label
printers, Intermec and Symbol wireless RF scanners and Cisco access
points). Used Remedy help desk ticket tracking system. Assisted with
Active Directory site management including password and account
resets. Installed & upgraded hardware & software. Provided
hands/feet support for remote divisions including network and
telephone groups. Reimaged devices and handled equipment refreshes
end to end. Investigated and resolved system problems using specific
product knowledge, system utilities, and operating environment.
