1998-1999 Belleville Area College - one year of
General studies.
Present St. Charles Community College to achieve my certificate
and eventually associates in childcare and early
education.

Lead Teacher (toddlers/young twos)
I started as a floater working in all age groups of a private
Christian preschool. I was then moved to a permanent classroom
as the lead teacher of the toddlers/young twos.
2003-2007
Customer Service Associate Circuit City
I started at Circuit city as a merchandising associate and moved
up through various departments within the company ending in
customer service. Responsibilities included advanced customer
service, cash register, cash management, returns, sales, heavy
phone calls, loss prevention, merchandising, planograms, and
planogram management.
2001-2003
Customer service associate, Burlington Coat Factory
My responsibilities included merchandising, ordering
merchandise, providing excellent customer service, general
cleaning, and registering new moms.
2000-2001
Medical Assistant, Dr. Tse (Endocrinologist)
My responsibilities included heavy phones, heavy paperwork,
relaying orders to hospitals and nursing homes, blood glucose
monitoring, urinalysis, EKG's, cleaning exam rooms, scheduling
appointments using American medical software, scheduling
patients for procedures at hospital, pre approving patients for
procedures through insurance companies, transporting patients to
hospital from office.

My responsibilities included advanced customer service, cash
handling, register use, opening and closing store duties, CSR
management, and phones.
