Retained to be the construction manager of a structural concrete forming

and placing company. Responsible for all the day-to-day operations of each

project. This included; labor, materials, safety, and project coordination.

Negotiate with suppliers and our sub-contractors. Review of specifications,

preparation of all required submittals and buy-out after approval.

facility. Responsibilities included buyout of sub contracts, permitting of

project, development of project schedule, including mile stones to ensure

successful on time completion. Preside of all subcontractor coordination

meetings and owner meetings. Partnered with the State of Florida under the

GMP contract

Project Superintendent/ Quality Control

Engaged to supervise and direct work for the southern division. As the

general superintendent, my responsibilities included all the facets of

ground up new construction and renovation construction. In addition to

these duties I was also chosen by the Army COE to be the Quality Control

Director for the Naval Air Warfare Center

Key Highlights

. Plaza Resort and Spa; Daytona Beach, Florida

o Constructed a service tunnel under the operating 14 story

Daytona Beach Plaza Resort and Spa. The service tunnel is

70'-0" long and upon completion gave the hotel its 4 star

rating. Following a strict set of plans, we surgically

removed the sand from underneath the tower, shored up the

1st floor and form and poured the SOG's and walls

. Trolley Maintenance Barn and light gauge rail system; Tampa,

Florida

o Constructed the maintenance and service yard for the

HARTLine Trolley system. Supervised all the light gauge

rail installation both inside the maintenance building and

outside in the yard crossovers

. Naval Air Warfare Center: Orlando, Florida

o The Quality Control Director for the Army COE inspected all

work performed and reported any deflect work to the general

contractor and commanding officer. If warranted, said work

was removed and re-done to contractual standards.

Granger Northern Inc. 1990-2001

General superintendent

During the 11 years I was with Granger, I started as a laborer learning

general construction practices. Over the years I was taught how to read

blue prints and made a foreman in 5 years. I continued to grow and learn

and became a general superintendent in 1998. I ran work in Maine, New

Hampshire, Massachusetts and Vermont.

Key highlights

. National Semi-Conductor 11" wafer facility

o 1 billion dollar expansion to the National Semi-Conductor

Factory in Portland, Maine. An air structure was erected and we

worked night and day to complete the 11" silicon wafer facility.

We formed and poured 45,000 yards of concrete in 100 days.

Managed over 100 workers. This was a design build structure.

. Cumberland County Correctional Facility

o 40 million dollar ground up state of the art correctional

facility utilizing pod design.

. 12 story parking garage, Rutland, Vermont

o All precast design constructed through the winter.

o Foundations were constructed 12'-0" to 20'-0" below the existing

foundations of all the surrounding buildings. Each building was

sheet piled and monitored with piles were driven and foundations

were constructed
