Job Responsibilities:

1. Calculating & fabricating rebar requirement for multi rise

buildings.

2. Designing & preparing structural drawings as per the Client

requirements and Standards.

3. Co- ordination with sub contractors in devolving the rebar schedule.

4. Checking the drawings and commenting the correction to the junior

draughtsman.

5. Inspection of fabricated steel against the bar bending schedule at

site.

6. Attending the discussions with the client and understanding the

requirements and getting approval for the prepared schedule.

7. Converting data available as hand drawn sketches, catalogues, and

copies into engineering drawing.

8. Submissions of final shop drawing to the consultant/Client for their

review/approval.

9. Incorporation of comments which is received from the consultant,

follow up for the approval and submission of it

for the approval.

10. Study/Review of contract drawing and contract document related to the

drawing presentation and numbering system that issued by the

client/consultant to find out for any discrepancy in the dimensions,

level and Co-ordination for both sub and super structure in

coordination with architectural details.
