Time).

Visual Basic.Net was used to build an Inventory Control System in a

• Responsible for assembling telecommunications products in a high volume

distribution center.

• Maintaining high volume production standards above that required by the company.

• Assisting with inventory control and quality assurance on products that are being

readied for distribution.

• Put away products and maintain inventory accuracy

Nokia Inc. December 2003 – December 2004

• Responsible for reading products for shipment to customers.

• Giving guidance to ten employees assigned to cell phones assembling, checking and

packaging.

Customer Services Manager – Afrisoft, Inc. (owned, presently dormant): 1995-2000

• Managed a training/administrative support center serving 15 medium sized

companies.

Consultant for all accounts after IBM closed down in DR Congo

Trained as IBM System Engineer in Europe on Mainframes(Sys 360/40, Sys 370/135, Sys

370/145 and Sys 370/155 ) running under DOS/VSE, OS/MVS.

With the Help of IBM WTC in Paris, implemented a new mode of operations in DR Congo,

Rwanda, Burundi and Angola. IBM’s Operations in those countries were since then,

managed by a local company under the supervision and support from the IBM WTC Zaire

Branch..

I was providing logistical support to those companies in hardware, software and Business

Analysis. Products (hardware, software) were ordered from IBM WTC Paris and I was

following up on Accounts Receivable on behalf of IBM WTC. IBM was expecting a high level

of customer satisfaction.
