Senior Media and Public Relations Specialist
Core responsibilities include:
Develop and manage the company’s charitable giving efforts. Tasks include planning and executing
annual Education Technology Conference (www.blackfoot.com/etc) and bi annual Easy Access
Internet classes for senior citizens. Other tasks involve the coordination of community partnerships
and sponsorships.
Serve as the organization's point of contact for media and community inquiries as they pertain to
new products and services as well as corporate image. Tasks include writing press releases
(www.blackfoot.com/mediaroom), internal communications via intranet and website as well as
speaking engagements and the relationship management of several key influencers in over
twenty communities in company service areas.
Manage internal and external relationships with staff, partners, vendors and clients to meet
communications objectives. Tasks include the creative development of marketing campaigns by leading
internal brainstorming sessions and serving as project coordinator with outside advertising teams to drive
