Director of Human Resources (2007 - 2011)
Promoted to manage day-to-day HR operations for public school district with
565 employees. Accountable for staffing requirements, strategic HR planning
& execution, employee evaluations & performance appraisals, workplace
training, new system / tool launches, staff recruitment / retention,
policies & procedures, process improvements, and investigations.
Established orientation workshop for new employees and substitute teachers.
Researched and responded to 22 non-renewal hearings due to poor performance
and acts of misconduct. Planned and coordinated district-wide teacher

. Generated significant cost savings by launching iApplicant, an applicant
