Higher Education. Graduated and obtained by Diploma.
Skills
Ability to de-escalate customers, and to relate and provide excellent
customer service skills needed to solve any issue. Great over-the-phone
competence as well as in person. I can work effectively and fluently on the
computer, as well with programs such as; Word, Microsoft Excel and others.
I am a swift learner, and willing and excited to learn new things. I am a
