After graduating summa cum laude with a Bachelor’s Degree in Public Relations from
Georgia State University in 2009, my innate curiosity and love of learning led me to
seek out a Master’s program abroad and June of this year, I completed a Master’s of
Science Degree in International Marketing and Brand Management at Lund University,
Sweden. My studies in Sweden allowed me the experience of living abroad and
producing high-quality group work in a creative, respectful and analytical manner with
students of different nationalities as we studied marketing to diverse cultures,
consumer trends, social media, marketing research methods, as well as brands and
their relationships with the consumer and stakeholders.
My real-world professional background, experiences of living abroad, traveling to over
forty countries, and working with people of other cultures has helped me to be flexible,
adaptable and appreciate a worldwide perspective, which is of critical importance in
this era of globalization, information technology and mass media, and would be an
ideal fit with a multicultural company. I have an strong online presence and I am
extremely comfortable with social networking and blogging.
I consider myself to be a passionate, refreshing, dynamic, highly-motivated, organized,
energetic, service-oriented, hard-working, team-player with excellent written and oral
communication skills. I have a wealth of professional experience with a strong
background in both internal and external customer service, work extremely well with
deadlines, and always stand out because of my outstanding effort and dedication. I am
detail-oriented, can handle multiple tasks at once and I am a strategic thinker that
strives to create a harmonious working environment which is respectful of diversity and
different opinions.
