Proficient in the Hilton OnQ Systems. Responsible for making,
answering and responding to calls in
the office, and making daily sales calls outside the office to
numerous companies. Compose and authorize rate agreements and
group contracts, send out proposals for groups and events, book
groups and events and give site tours. Responsible for entering
sales calls and information into company sales system daily and
completing weekly reports.

I have quickly learned billing procedures for Accounts
Receivable and have accurately maintained the accounts. I have
also assisted the Assistant General Manager with the training
process for new employees.
Awards While employed with the Homewood Suites, I received the award
for Employee of the Quarter (Jan-Mar 2009). This award is
presented for outstanding customer service, team building,
system knowledge and best demonstrating practices in
hospitality. I was the first employee to win such an award at
this property. I have also been nominated for the Spirit of
Homewood Suites award in the first quarter of 2010.
Strengths I am a positive and outgoing person. I enjoy working with
people and look forward to the opportunity to meet new people
every day. I work hard to achieve the goals I set for myself and
I am not a person who gives up easily. I put my mind and full
effort into everything I do, whether it is task given to me, or
seeing it needed to be done, took it upon myself to complete it.
