Production Management:

• Responsible for 2 production supervisors, 40 hourly production associates,

L iquid production, and Powder production departments.

• Maintain a t rained capable work force to achieve the highest quality kidney

d ialysis product required by FDA and the patients who receive our product.

• Complete all production schedules weekly with minimum to no overtime.

• Working closely with maintenance to ensure proper functioning of all

equipment and machinery so that production is not delayed nor halted for

• Evaluate and implement production operational procedures to improve cost

• Human resource duties such as attendance records, hourly employee payroll

using ADP, promotional and disciplinary actions of hourly employees, and

Production Coordinator/Manager:

• Coordinate and schedule production of automotive corrugated fuel tubes, as

customer orders are received, with 8 extrusion lines and 1 thermo former.

• Trouble shoot extrusion lines and thermo former when issues arise.

• Responsible for scheduling, t raining, supporting, and maintaining all personnel

records for 25 employees on four 12 hour shifts 24 hours a day.

• Maintain production reports and charts to point out high scrap rates and implement

corrective actions to reduce any unacceptable waist.

• Adhere to TS-1649 Automotive Standard Program required by the automotive

i ndustry and maintain a 5s program to ensure good manufacturing procedures.
