Employment
Interacting with the public face-to-face on a daily basis to meet all of
their financial needs. Handle cash and check deposits, withdrawals, and
loan payments, as well as cash advances, wire transfers, traveler's checks,
and payroll allocations. Communicate with collections, repossessions, and
bankruptcies. Required to prepare paperwork and multitask as well as meet
individual goals per week concerning customer satisfaction and growth. Fax
information between different departments and branches concerning customer
accounts. Assess and prioritize appropriate level of response to customers.
Follow up with customers to ensure their expectations were met. Following
up and closing out work orders. At end of day, count and reconcile drawer
to ensure accuracy as well as rectify any monetary discrepancies.
