With Kellogg Foodservice I had responsibilities for major contractual sales to national chains such
as Applebee’s, Damon’s, and Steak and Ale just to name a few. Also responsible for school
systems, State and federal penal systems, the U.S. Army, and food service distributors from
Baltimore to Florida. In almost every instance I was personally responsible in negotiating the sale
or providing the winning bid to the ultimate decision-maker. Trained new sales trainees and helped
them to develop territories.
Helped to start from inception 2 family businesses; all proven to be successful. This means having
done it all, from the weekly chef dujour on local TV to 90 hour weeks and weekends.
With Home Shop Realty I have been extremely successful in developing, managing, and growth of
various projects among which were The Gates at Williams Brice and The Retreat student housing;
responsible up to 1,200 rental units with a support team of 20 employees.
Income has ranged from an average of $45,000 to $70,000 plus bonuses to $75,000.
