Responsible for 10 to 30 technicians at any time. Maintain

communications with Grande Communications, a cable company. Assist

technicians as necessary. Communicate using Nextel radios. Manage

damage claims to verify complete and customer satisfaction.

* OFFICE MANAGER. Answer and direct all incoming calls. Manage office

responsibilities such as ordering office supplies, creating documents

using Microsoft Excel, preparing monthly and quarterly reports for

corporate office. Create weekly invoice packages for billing purposes.

Processed weekly payroll for sub-contractors and track payroll

deductions. Screen potential sub-contractors. Manage employee files

and verify all documents are filled out completely and correctly.

Manage Nextel radios and account. Assist project manager and

president as needed. Plan company parties.
